Terms of Reference

Purpose

  • to ensure accountability framework delivered until alternative structures in place.

Objectives

to ensure:

  • immediate steps carried out;
  • key organisations are accountable for outcomes;
  • any problems are picked up early
  • to identify successes early

Membership:

  • to reflect that of Post JAR Action Planning Group with alterations in light of changes of lead officers etc. – see below for detail

Way of Working:

  • to meet every 3 weeks and consider progress and exceptions;
  • escalate to senior management teams as appropriate.
  • to agree reports as per monitoring cycle - by email etc as required.
  • to work with other groups as appropriate to integrate outstanding JAR requirements to refreshed CYPP
