Terms of Reference

Purpose

to ensure accountability framework delivered until alternative structures in place.

Objectives

to ensure:

immediate steps carried out;
key organisations are accountable for outcomes;
any problems are picked up early
to identify successes early

Membership:

to reflect that of Post JAR Action Planning Group with alterations in light of changes of lead officers etc. – see below for detail

Way of Working:

to meet every 3 weeks and consider progress and exceptions;
escalate to senior management teams as appropriate.
to agree reports as per monitoring cycle - by email etc as required.
to work with other groups as appropriate to integrate outstanding JAR requirements to refreshed CYPP
