Terms of Reference

Purpose
- to ensure accountability framework delivered until alternative structures in place.
Objectives
to ensure:
- immediate steps carried out;
- key organisations are accountable for outcomes;
- any problems are picked up early
- to identify successes early
Membership:
- to reflect that of Post JAR Action Planning Group with alterations in light of changes of lead officers etc. – see below for detail
Way of Working:
- to meet every 3 weeks and consider progress and exceptions;
- escalate to senior management teams as appropriate.
- to agree reports as per monitoring cycle - by email etc as required.
- to work with other groups as appropriate to integrate outstanding JAR requirements to refreshed CYPP
