Overall management and accountability for the Devon JAR rests with the Director of Children and Young People's Services supported by the directorate's Transition Leadership Group (taking the role of Project Executive)
A project management approach has been adopted and project team structure established as follows
The JAR has been separated into specific delivery work packages, within the overall project, each with an accountable person who may be supported by a small subgroup.
